Maurice Dean founded Excelsior Limousine in 2002. As a single owner-operator, he treated every client as if they were his first and only client. Although Excelsior Limousine has grown into one of California’s premier luxury ground transportation companies, we continue to operate using those same principles.
Excelsior Limousine is and will always be a veteran-owned and family operated business. Maurice and his wife Luba oversee the day to day operations to ensure stellar customer service. Their mission is to provide the highest quality ground transportation to every client.
