I had purchased a LivingSocial deal from a competitor who subsequently refused to honor it ‘because they didn’t realize LivingSocial took money from them so they wouldn’t make enough’ That business clearly didn’t understand the concept of taking a small financial loss to show new customers what you’re all about.

Do you know who DOES know what it’s all about? EXCELSIOR. When they learned about my bad experience with the other company they honored their competitor’s voucher and gave me a transfer to and from LAX to show me their stuff – and I will recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

I fly frequently and have used a number of different car services for my transfers and sometimes book cars/limo for nights out when we want to have drinks and not drive. This was absolutely the best as far as an overall experience. The email confirmations, communication, very friendly driver (who didn’t smell, this is always a plus), a clean new town car with nothing broken and promptness were all wonderful and the price is reasonable and competitive.

These rates were offered on a weekend, easy to get a hold of, and offered a gift certificate!! whew!! Maurice put me at ease and made sure I had the gift certificate for my friend’s birthday. Thank you, Excelsior! 

You can’t get a better experience anywhere.   Maurice and Excelsior make you feel as if you are their most important client . The cars are always clean and ready for you.  If you need a ride, these are the best folks to call. 

Maurice and his team are the best in town. Always courteous, always on time, very clean cars, and you get the service that you pay for. I recently got into LAX on an international flight at midnight and Tim was on time and very helpful.  In the past, we have used Excelsior for ground transportation for dipolomats and their service was excellent.  I would recommend Excelsior’s services to anyone!
