Immediately after booking
You'll receive an email confirmation with all of your reservation details.

The day before your trip
We send a reminder email along with another confirmation so you can review your itinerary and verify that every detail is correct before travel.

When your chauffeur is assigned
Both the passenger and the person who booked the reservation receive an email confirming your assigned chauffeur. The passenger also receives a text message introducing the driver, including the chauffeur's name and direct contact information.

When your chauffeur is on the way
As soon as your chauffeur departs for your pickup location, you'll receive a text message letting you know they're enroute.

When your chauffeur arrives
You'll receive another text message notifying you that your chauffeur has arrived and is waiting for you.

If you're flying into LAX
We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, your pickup is automatically adjusted so your chauffeur is there when you land—not when your flight was originally scheduled to arrive.
