The following terms apply to reservations and transportation services provided by Excelsior Limousine. Please review them carefully. If you have any questions regarding your reservation, pricing, or these terms, contact us before your scheduled service.
The quote shown on your confirmation is an estimate only. The quoted amount may not include unexpected wait time, additional drive time, additional stops, parking charges, or other fees, whether anticipated or unforeseen.
Fees that may have been inadvertently omitted from the original quote—including, but not limited to, airport fees and international-arrival fees—will be added when the trip is finalized and invoiced.
Excelsior Limousine reserves the right to upgrade a reservation from a Sedan to an SUV when necessary for scheduling or operational purposes, at no additional charge to the client.
If you or a passenger has a mobility limitation that may make entering or exiting an SUV difficult, please notify us in advance so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
Sedans are limited to a maximum of three passengers.

For safety reasons, luggage may not be transported in the front driver's compartment at any time.
A $15.00 airport arrival fee is added to all airport arrivals.
Baggage claim meet-and-greet service is subject to airport parking availability and cannot be guaranteed, as airport parking structures may be closed or restricted without notice.
Because of the additional time and labor required, a $25.00 fee is added for all baggage claim meets.
Parking charges are separate from the quoted transportation rate and will be added to the final invoice when applicable.
Due to the additional time typically required for international arrivals, a $25.00 International Arrival Fee will be added.
Distance-based pricing is used for most transfers involving Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).
This pricing consists of a base rate plus a per-mile charge.
A percentage-based peak surcharge may be added to the base transportation rate for trips occurring during peak traffic periods, generally between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Up to 15 minutes of wait time is included at the scheduled pickup location.
After the initial 15 minutes, wait time is billed at $12.50 for each additional 15-minute increment.
For airport arrivals, maximum wait time is 30 minutes from wheels down, unless other arrangements have been made.
Stops made during an airport transfer are charged at $25.00 per stop, provided the stop remains reasonably within the originally planned route.
If an additional stop requires travel outside the planned route, the reservation may be converted to As Directed / Hourly Service and billed at the applicable hourly rate with a three-hour minimum.
Hourly service is billed at a fixed hourly rate with a three-hour minimum for Sedan and SUV reservations.
Hourly reservations also include applicable Garage / Travel Time.
Within our standard service area, the following minimum travel time is added:
For pickups or destinations outside our standard service area, travel time will be based on the actual time required for the vehicle and chauffeur to travel to and from the location.
A 15% gratuity is suggested.
Gratuity is optional and may be increased, decreased, or otherwise adjusted at the client's discretion.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Excelsior Limousine vehicles at all times.
For safety and security purposes, our vehicles may be equipped with in-vehicle camera systems.
Passengers should be aware that images and conversations may be recorded while inside the vehicle.
Reservations canceled within two hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount originally quoted.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Trips beginning between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM are subject to an additional $25.00 late-night fee.
Baby and child safety seats are available upon request.
Due to liability considerations, child safety seats must be installed and secured by the child's parent or responsible adult.
A $25.00 fee per child seat will apply.
